Beobachtungen am Blut von Ratten mit implantiertem Jensen-Sarkom

Zusammenfassung

Der anormal hohe BTS.-Gehalt des Blutes von Ratten mit implantiertemJensen-Sarkom (Mittel 50 γ/ccm)nähert sich dem normalen Wert (12 γ/ccm) wenige Stunden nach Injektion von Nicotinsäureamid, man findet recht regelmäßig 20 γ/ccm. Der Normalwert wird aber auch durch große Überschüsse von Nicotinsäureamid nicht ganz erreicht.

Wie Nicotinsäureamid verhalten sich bezüglich BTS.-Wirkung CoZymase und ihre Komponenten ferner Adenosintriphosphorsäure, welche ebenfalls am BTS.-Umsatz beteiligt sein dürfte, sowie Insulin.
