Untersuchungen über die DNA-Synthese peripherer Lymphozyten bei progredient chronischer Polyarthritis

Zusammenfassung

An 18 Patienten mit progredient chronischer Polyarthritis wurde die DNA-Synthese der peripheren Lymphozyten durch Bestimmung der spez. Aktivität der DNA nach3H-Thymidineinbau geprüft, wobei eine vermehrte DNA-Syntheserate gegenüber der Kontrollgruppe in allen Fällen vorlag. Der Unterschied war hochsignifikant (p<0,001). Eine Beziehung zwischen DNA-Synthese der Lymphozyten und dem klinischen Befund konnte nicht für alle Fälle gesichert werden.

Summary

In 18 patients suffering from rheumatoid arthritis DNA-synthesis in the peripheral lymphocytes was investigated by determining the specific activity of DNA after incorporation of H3-Thymidine. The rate of DNA-synthesis was significantly (p<0,001) higher as compared to the control group. There was no relation between DNA-synthesis in the lymphocytes and the stage or severity of the disease.
