Low temperature studies of grinding effect on the photo and electroluminescence of ZnO electroluminophores

Abstract

Grinding effect on the photo and electroluminescence of ZnO electroluminophores has been investigated at liquid nitrogen temperature. Changes caused in integral intensity and spectra are in favour of our earlier proposed model.
