Summary
In biological, meteorological and other applications, the statistical data often belong to a truncated Д-distribution. In other cases, having also a Д-distributed population, one has to deal with censored data. To estimate the 3 parameters of the Д-distribution simultaneously, the authors suggest for these cases an iterative procedure for the solution of the Maximum-Likelihood-equation.
