Photovoltaic current on vibronically renormalized electronic states of a large-gap ferroelectric without impurities

Abstract

The anomalous bulk photovoltaic current, caused by the interference of several interband transition channels for the exciting light polarized ∥ or ⊥ to the spontaneous polarization axis of a large-gap vibronic ferroelectric, is calculated.
