Abstract
The kinetics of dynamic recrystallization and the plasticity limit of dual-phase steels were studied by means of torsional tests. Activation energy of recrystallization, altering with the proportion of ferrite within the structure, was determined with the aid of plasticity limit and the axial force of the torsional test. The validity of gained relations was, moreover, verified with the aid of relations valid for single-phase austenitic and ferritic structures.
