Abstract
The experimental results obtained in the previous paper (Kalivoda L'., Rosenkranz J., Czech. J. Phys.B28 (1978), 1342) are discussed here. A model with an increasing plasma cluster inductance is used for theoretical analysis. The analysis of the obtained solution in the form of an alternating series yields a good agreement between theoretical and experimental conclusions.
