Spontaneously broken gauge symmetry in the interactions of an electromagnetic field with a solid

  • Published:
Czechoslovak Journal of Physics B Aims and scope

Abstract

In this model the spontaneously broken gauge symmetry creates such properties of the illuminated semiconductor which lead to explanation of new experimentally observed phenomena.
