Charge-transfer singlet exciton in 1:1 high conductivity TCNQ ion-radical salts

Abstract

A question of the existence of a certain class of charge transfer excitons in the high conductivity salts of the tetracyanoquinodimethane is considered. Interactions which can be rather strong in real crystals and can possibly stabilize the excitonic motion are discussed.
