Zusammenfassung

Eine Methode zur Herstellung von Rohrvervielfacher-Rastern durch Stapelung von gerillten Glasplättchen wird beschrieben. Resultate und Möglichkeiten des Verfahrens werden diskutiert.

Summary

A method of manufacturing Channel Electron Multiplier Arrays by piling up rilled glass plates is described. The possibilities of this procedure are discussed.
