Summary

In this paper an expression for the particle stress tensor of a suspension of drops in an electric field is given. It shows that the particle stress tensor of a suspension of drops in an electric field depends on the intensity of the applied electric field, dielectric constants, viscosity coefficients and conductivity coefficients of liquids inside and outside the drop. It also denotes that a suspension of drops in an electric field must be taken into account as a non-Newtonian fluid.
