Instabilities in a perfectly plastic solid cylinder under axial compression

Zusammenfassung

Instabilitätserscheinungen an einem starr-idealplastischen zylindrischen Stab werden untersucht. Insbesondere wird gezeigt, dass eine Ausbauchung des Stabes auch für starr-idealplastische Materialien in Frage kommt, in Abweichung von den bisherigen Arbeiten auf diesem Gebiet, welche im allgemeinen eine Verfestigung voraussetzen.
