Zusammenfassung
Das elektromagnetische Feld in einem Hohlraume, begrenzt von zwei koaxialen kreisförmigen Kegeln von gleicher Seitenlänge und abgeschlossen durch eine Kugelkappe, ist untersucht. Die Begrenzungen des Hohlleiters sind als ideal leitend angenommen. Das Feld ist erzeugt durch eine kreisförmige Stromschleife symmetrisch und mit der Ebene senkrecht zur Achse der Kegel. Die folgenden speziellen Fälle sind behandelt:

Die Seitenlänge der Kegel ist unbegrenzt (Horn bestehend aus einem Doppelkegel).

Der Öffnungswinkel des inneren Kegels ist Null (kegelförmiger Hohlraumresonator). Ausserdem ist der spezielle Fall 1 untersucht unter der Voraussetzung, dass die Felderregung beliebig (nicht notwendig zeitharmonisch) ist.
