Abstract
The equilibrium shape of the both types of isolated antiphase domains in the DO3 structure are found by means of the Gibbs-Wulff construction applied on the energy plots for the antiphase boundaries calculated in the frame of the rigid lattice model. The case of the incomplete order is also considered and a comparison with the observations on Fe-Si alloy crystals is made.
