Zusammenfassung
Es wurde ein numerisches Verfahren entwickelt, um die Einflüsse nicht-grauer Strahlung auf die Mischung nicht-ähnlicher Gase zu untersuchen. Das im speziellen untersuchte Strömungsproblem ist die turbulente Mischung eines axial symmetrischen Strahls der in ein ruhendes Medium einströmt. Es wird angenommen dass die Gase nicht miteinander reagieren und sich thermisch ideal verhalten. Es werden Stufenfunktionen für die Variation der nicht-grauen Spektralabsorptions-Koeffizienten für jede Gasart verwendet. Die Gültigkeit des Beerschen Gesetzes wurde für ein Gemisch von Kohlendioxyd und Wasserdampf untersucht und anschliessend der nicht-graue Absorptionskoeffizient des Gasgemisches unter Verwendung des Beerschen Gesetzes als Funktion jeder einzelnen Komponente bestimmt. Ein numerisch stabiles Verfahren, das die Crank-Nicholsonsche Technik benutzt, wurde angewandt. Da die direkte Behandlung des Nicht-grau-Problemes sehr lange Rechenzeiten erfordert, wurde ein auf einfachen Exponentialfunktionen basierendes Näherungsverfahren angewandt. Typische Beispiele der Einführung von heissem Kohlendioxyd in ruhenden Wasserdampf, und Einführung von Heissluft in ruhendes Kohlendioxyd sind behandelt und die Ergebnisse dargestellt. Die Temperaturverteilung von nicht-grauem Gas ist höher als es für graues Gas vorhergesagt wird, d.h. die Grau-gas-Näherung überschätzt die Strahlungswirkung bei diesem Strömungsproblem erheblich.
