  • Published:
Czechoslovak Journal of Physics B Aims and scope

Abstract

It is shown that in the case of adsorption of less than a monolayer by a) selection of the adsorbate, b) technological treatment of crystal surface with the adsorbate, one may obtain the conditions under which localized states exist.
