Abstract
Space-charge-limited currents in thin polycrystalline layers of N,N′-diphenyl-p-phenylene-diamine were measured using gold electrodes. The current-voltage dependence is of thej ∼ V n type; the exponentn depends on the method of preparation of the layer. The results are interpreted in terms of traps having Gaussian energy distribution of density.
