Kontralaterale Abducenslähmung bei otogener Meningitis

Zusammenfassung

Es werden zwei geheilte Fälle einer otogenen Meningitis mitgeteilt, in deren Verlauf, bzw. zwei und achtzehn Tage nach der Ohroperation eine kontralaterale Abducenslähmung eintrat. Diese heilte ohne weitere Maßnahmen. Nach der Beschreibung des Verlaufes wird eine Betrachtung über die homo- und kontralaterale Abducenslähmung bei einer Ohrentzündung gegeben.

Résumé

Deux cas de méningite otogène guérie, compliquée par une paralysie du n. abducens contralatéral, respectivement deux et dix huit jours après l'opération de l'oreille. Le n. abducens guérissait sous une thérapie expectative.

Summary

Communication of two patients, recovered from an otogenic meningitis, complicated by a paralysis of the contralateral n. abducens, respectively two and eighteen days after the ear operation. The n. abducens healed without any further chirurgical precautions.
