Umwandlungsformen des Fibrinogens

Zusammenfassung

Es wird ein Überblick gegeben über die chemischen Eigenschaften von Fibrinogen und Fibrin, über chemische Aspekte der Fibrinogen-Fibrin-Umwandlung und über beschriebene Fibrinogen- und Fibrin-Derivate.

Die erwähnten Eigenschaften vom Fibrinogen und Fibrin sind Molekulargröße, isoelektrischer Punkt, Aminosäuren- und Kohlenhydrate-Zusammensetzung, carboxyl- und amino-terminale Aminosäuren.

Betreffend der Fibrinogen-Fibrin-Umwandlung werden besonders die Isolierung und die Sequenzen der sog. Fibrinopeptide und die Zeitabhängigkeit der Peptid-Abspaltungen besprochen.

Die bis jetzt bekannten chemischen Derivate von Fibrinogen und Fibrin werden erwähnt. Sie waren durch Jodierung, Tyrosinase-Oxydierung, Acetylierung, Guanidierung, Veresterung und Diazotierung hergestellt. Ein neues Derivat, das durch Disulfidbrücken-Spaltung hergestellt war, wird beschrieben. Dieses sog. S-Sulfo-Fibrinogen und S-Sulfo-Fibrin waren beide wasserlöslich und gaben bei Elektrophorese drei Komponenten. Das S-Sulfo-Fibrinogen wurde von Thrombin gespalten.
