Abstract

Lysozyme in concentrations up to seven times those found in human tears did not reduce thein vitro infectivity ofChlamydia trachomatis serotypes A, B, C, F, and L-1, using three different procedures for exposing the infectiveC. trachomatis inoculum to lysozyme.
