Zur Frage der ektopischen Pinealome

Acta Neurochirurgica Aims and scope Submit manuscript

Zusammenfassung

  1. 1.

Ventrikels gelangen.

Summary

There are tumors not derived from the epiphysis but have the histological structure of anisomorphous pinealomas and therefore may be called ectopical pinealomas.

Primary sarcomas of the brain as f. i. tumors of the structure of the reticulum cell sarcoma with numerous reticulin fibers may closely imitate the histological architecture of anisomorphous pinealomas.

The so-called ectopical pinealomas of the infundibulum usually are metastases of normotopical pinealomas.
