Zusammenfassung

Mit Hilfe von N-Brom-Succinimid läßt sich der Tryptophan-Gehalt in eiweiß-reichen Naturstoffen quantitativ ermitteln. Vorraussetzung dazu ist, daß das Tryptophan in peptidischer Bindung vorliegt. Die Bedingungen zum Lösen des Proteins müssen dementsprechend gewählt werden.
