Surgical correction of the “turkey neck” defect

Abstract

A technique of double-layered face-lifting has been used with 143 consecutive patients over the past 5 years for correction of the “turkey neck” condition. This procedure offers a satisfactory, long-lasting solution to this heretofore untreatable condition.
