Abstract

With the use of mixed-hemadsorption-hybrid-antibody (MHA-HA) test, H-Y antigen was studied on neonatal testicular cells and fractionated testicular cells from young mice (4–6 weeks old). H-Y antigen was undetectable on spermatogonia cells from neonatal testes but became fully expressed on late spermatids. Our data suggested that there was postmeiotic expression of H-Y antigen.
