Abstract

The author describes the characteristics of a Brazilian negroid nose and describes a surgical technique in which the nasal dorsum is corrected by one of the commonly employed methods.

For treatment of the tip, nasal solum, columella, and nostrils, he has created a flap made up of those structures in which the rotation from the outside to the inside and from beneath to above heightens the tip, with lengthening of the columella and narrowing of the nostrils.
