One-jetO)α 3s cross-section: mass dependence

  • Published:
Zeitschrift für Physik C Particles and Fields

Abstract

In this paper, we give a method to compute the partonic jet cross-section analytically to orderα 3s , with a full dependence on the jet-cone size. The simplified case, where only the subprocessgg→ggg contributes, is considered. The jet is defined in such a way that a mass can be associated with it. We meet again with previous calculations in the limit where the jet-cone size goes to zero, and present some results on the mass dependence.
