Makroglobulinämie Waldenström unter dem Bild einer lymphalischen Leukämie

Zusammenfassung

Bericht über eine 55jährige Patientin, bei der auf Grund der klinischen, hämatologischen und Eiweißuntersuchungen eine Makroglobulinämie Waldenström mit leukämischem Blutbild diagnostiziert wurde. Eine langfristige zytostatische Therapie mit Endoxan hat eine sehr gute Besserung erbracht.

Summary

This report presents a 55-year-old female patient in whom a diagnosis ofWaldenström's macroglobulinemia with a leukemic hemogram was made on the basis of the clinical, hematological, and protein tests. Longterm cytostatic treatment with Endoxan resulted in very good improvement.
