Résumé

Il est possible désormais d'intervenir sur les éléments vasculaires et nerveux de la fosse ptérygopalatine: artère maxillaire, nerf maxillaire, nerf vidien et ganglion ptérygopalatin dans les affections vasculaires, nerveuses ou tumorales du massif facial supérieur. Ce travail se propose de fournir les documents anatomiques nécessaires à l'abord de cette région latérale et profonde en analysant ses différents modes d'approche.
