Zusammenfassung

Es wird der Prozeß der Vernichtung von Exzitonen an Vakanzen und Zentren des F-Typs in Ionenkristallen studiert, der vom Entstehen eines Zentrums neuen Typs und der Stromträger begleitet ist. Es werden die allgemeinen Ausdrücke für die betreffenden Wirkungsquerschnitte in quasiklassischer Annäherung abgeleitet und diskutiert.

Abstract

Исследован процесс а ннигиляции экситоно в на вакансиях и F-центр ах в ионных кристаллах, сопровож даемой возникновени ем центра нового типа и носителей тока. Выведены и обеуждены общие выражения для с оомветствующих эффе ктивных сечений в квазиклассическом приближении.
