Abstract

The energy and orientation of a 90° Bloch wall are calculated as functions of the stress. The relative occurrence of stress in a quenched single crystal of silicon-iron is derived on the basis of the experimental distribution of the zigzag angle.

Расчитана энергия и о риентация 90-градусной границы в зависимост и от напряжений. На основе эксперимен тального распределе ния углов структуры п олучены данные о распределении напр яжений в закаленном м онокристалле кремни стого железа. Внутрен ние напряжения достигаю т значений до 500 kg mm−2.
