Sulla scorta di 62 tagli cesarei, praticati in partorienti diabetiche, si analizzano e si discutono brevemente le indicazioni per il primo e per il secondo taglio cesareo, la tecnica operatoria, la narcosi più favorevole e la mortalità perinatale.

En étudiant 62 operations césariennes éffectuées chez des parturientes diabétiques, l'A. analyse et discute brevement les indications pour la première et pour la seconde operation césarienne, la tecnique operatoire, l'anesthésie la plus favorable et la mortalité perinatale.

Sobre la guia de 62 tallos cesareos, practicados en parturientas diabeticas, se analizan y se discuten brevemente las indicaciones para el primero y el segundo tallo cesareo, la tecnica operatoria, la narcosis màs favorable y la mortalidad perinatal.

Zusammenfassung

Anhand von 62, bei diabetischen Gebärenden durchgeführten Kaiserschnitten, werden in der Arbeit die Indikationsstellung zum primären und secundären Kaiserschnitt, die Operationstechnik, die günstigste Narkose und die perinatale Mortalität kurz analysiert und diskutiert.

Summary

The directions for the first or the second caesarean section, the operating technique, the most favourable narcosis, and the birth-mortality are shortly analysed and discussed on the experience of 62 caesarean sections carried out in diabetic parturients.
