Conclusions

A method was developed for calculating structures for static and dynamic actions with consideration of deterministic and probabilistic approaches to the solution of the problems.

The strength and reliability of structures of the machine hall of the powerhouse during discharge of floodwaters were estimated with the use of methods of statistical dynamics.

Elements of reliability theory of engineering systems were used in estimating the reliability of the structures.
