Some dielectric properties of a sample of dry agar I

Summary

The dielectric properties of agar dried in vacuo have been examined in the frequency range 10-5 Hz to 105 Hz and in the temperature range — 173 °C to 147 °C

The results have been compared with data in the literature for other polysaccharides and for keratin (wool and horn)

Zusammenfassung

Die dielektrischen Eigenschaften von Vakuum-getrocknetem Agar wurden im Frequenz-Bereich von 10-5 bis 10+5 Hz bei Temperaturen von — 173°C bis 147° C untersucht.

Die Resultate wurden mit den bisher veröffentlichten Daten für andere Polysaccharide und Keratin (Wolle und Horn) verglichen.
