Die Lymphoblastome der Lunge

Zusammenfassung

Es wurden zwei aus lymphatischem Gewebe aufgebaute Geschwülste der Lunge bei einem 60jährigen und einem 29jährigen Mann beschrieben. Während der Tumor des älteren Patienten infiltrativ wuchs, ohne das Lungengewebe völlig zu zerstören, und rezidivierte, war der des jüngeren scharf begrenzt und bestand über 7 Jahre symptomlos. Im Schrifttum wurden gleiche Veränderungen als Lymphoblastom, Lymphosarkom, lymphocytic lymphoma, primäres Lymphom u. a. (1. Fall) bzw. lokalisierte Lymphknotenhyperplasie, intrapulmonales Thymom, Riesenlymphknoten u. a. (2. Fall) beschrieben. Auf den geringen Malignitätsgrad der ersten Gruppe wird übereinstimmend hingewiesen. Beide Geschwulstformen werden unter Verzicht auf die vielen unterschiedlichen Benennungen als Lymphoblastome zusammengefaßt. Die Morphologie, klinische Symptomatologie und Prognose der eigenen und der im Schrifttum mitgeteilten Fälle gestatten, eine infiltrativ wachsende, semimaligne von einer scharf begrenzten, benignen Variante zu unterscheiden. Die Lymphoblastome sind außerordentlich selten. Die Diagnose ist meist nur pathologisch-anatomisch zu stellen.
