Zusammenfassung

Die in Ammoniak unlösliche Fraktion oxydierter Wolle, die sogenannteβ-Keratose, wurde durch Umsetzung mit 4-Sulfo-2-nitrofluorbenzol (SNFB) in eine wasserlösliche Form überführt.

Summary

β-Keratose, the ammonia insoluble fraction of oxidized wool was converted into a water-soluble derivative by reacting with 4-Sulfonyloxy-2-nitrofluorobenzene (SNFB).
