Summary
A simple method for determining the film concentration potential (FCP) is described.
The FCP appears when the film specific conductance (k 0 f ) < 10−7 ohms−1.
The FCP increases with decreasing values of the (k 0 f ), reaching to a maximum at (k 0 f ) →k(k 0 s ).
