Das Verhalten des Plasmacorticosteroidspiegels unter der Einwirkung einer Oestrogen-Androgenkombination

Zusammenfassung

1. Unter Zusatz von Androgenen zu Oestrogenen gelingt es, die durch letztere bedingte Steigerung der Plasma-CS zu blockieren.

2. Die dazu erforderliche Dosisrelation von Oestrogen zu Androgen beträgt 1:15.

3. Unter dieser Dosis war ein sicherer Effekt des Androgenzusatzes zu den Oestrogengaben auf den Plasma-CS-Spiegel nicht nachzuweisen.
