Zusammenfassung

Es wird über die Typisierung von Enteroviren vergleichsweise mit der Fluorescenz-Komplementbindungsreaktion und dem Virusneutralisationstest berichtet. Dabei zeigte sich eine gute Übereinstimmung der mit den beiden Methoden gewonnenen Typisierungsergebnisse. Auf die besonderen Vorteile des Fluorescenz-Komplementbindungsverfahrens wird hingewiesen.
