Zusammenfassung
Mit der Stärkegel-Elektrophorese nachSmithies wird am Beispiel von 11γ ss-Plasmocytomen und 6γ 1A-Plasmocytomen gezeigt, daß die Bence Jones-Proteine (BJP) des Harns im Unterschied zu den Befunden der Papierelektrophorese und Ultrazentrifuge aus einer von Fall zu Fall verschiedenen Zahl von Komponenten zusammengesetzt sind. Anzahl, Lokalisation und relative Konzentration sind nicht mit den Komponenten der ebenfalls heterogenen Plasmocytom-Globuline identisch. — In mehreren Fällen wird — singulär oder zusammen mit anderen Komponenten — eine Fraktion nachgewiesen, deren elektrophoretische Beweglichkeit groß ist und die in ihrer Lokalisation den abnormen Serum-Komponenten beim γμ-Plasmocytom entspricht. An anderen Fällen wird gezeigt, daß mit der SGE zwischen BJP und den im Harn eventuell ausgeschiedenen abnormen Serum-Globulinen unterschieden werden kann.
Die Befunde sind ein weiteres Beispiel dafür, daß BJP nicht Abbauprodukte der abnormen Serum-Globuline sein können. Es wird darauf hingewiesen, daß sie nicht mit den Komponenten von Papain-Fragmenten isolierter Plasmocytom-Globuline identisch sind. Die Ergebnisse werden kurz im Hinblick auf die Synthese des BJP und desγ-Globulins diskutiert.
