Zusammenfassung
Patienten mit kongenitaler dyserythropoietischer Anämie Typ II ergaben mit kompatiblen Normalsera in 40% einen positiven Säureserumtest. Die Erythrocyten der Patienten wurden durch Anti-i agglutiniert in einem ähnlich hohen Titer wie Nabelschnurerythrocyten. Die Bedeutung der Befunde für die Diagnose und Pathogenese dieser Erkrankung wird diskutiert.
Summary
Positive acid serum tests have been observed in patients with congenital dyserythropoietic anemia type II with about 40% of all compatible normal sera. The patients red cells are agglutinated by anti-i in a titer comparable to normal cord cells. The significance of those findings for the diagnosis and pathogenesis is discussed.
