Untersuchungen über die Oestrogenausscheidung im Urin bei Mastopathie

Zusammenfassung

Bei Vergleich der Oestrogenausscheidung im Urin von gesunden Frauen und ausgeprägten Mastopathie-Fällen, bzw. Mastopathie-Fällen mit Mamma-Carcinom konnte unter Anwendung der Brownschen Methode nachgewiesen werden, daß bei einem Teil der Mastopathien, bzw. Mastopathien mit Mamma-Carcinoma die Summe der prozentualen Ausscheidung von 17β-Oestradiol und Oestron deutlich höher lag als bei den gesunden Frauen.
