Zusammenfassung

Es wurde nachgewiesen, daß sich mit Saponin Lipoidtrübungen im Plasma beseitigen lassen. Dadurch wird auch bei photometrischen Messungen von Farbstoffen in lipoidgetrübtem Plasma das Lambert-Beersche Gesetz exakt anwendbar und die Meßgenauigkeit erhöht.
