Zusammenfassung

Es wird über eine etwas erweiterte Methode zur säulenchromatographischen Fraktionierung der 17-KS nachJohnsen berichtet. Durch zusätzliche Elution mit 0,4 oder 0,5% Äthanol in Benzol können die 11-oxygenierten 17-KS (11-Keto-Ätiocholanolon, 11-Hydroxy-Ätiocholanolon usw.), die von klinisch-diagnostischer Bedeutung sind, ebenfalls aus der Aluminiumoxydsäule eluiert und quantitativ bestimmt werden. Die Methode ist besonders geeignet für klinische Routine-Analysen.
