Zusammenfassung

Es wird über die Verwendbarkeit der Kollodium-Präcipitinreaktion nachCannon undMarshall berichtet. Die Technik wird beschrieben.

Die Methode ist vor allem geeignet, Autoantikörper (auch in niedriger Konzentration) nachzuweisen. Die bisherigen experimentellen und klinischen Ergebnisse (zum Nachweis von lebereigenen Antikörpern) werden bekanntgegeben.
