III. Mitteilung Homo- und Heterotransplantation rekonstituierter Fasern

Zusammenfassung

Nach Säureextraktion von Rattenschwanzsehnen rekonstituierte kollagene Fasern heilen bei der Homotransplantation zwischen genetisch verwandten Inzuchtstämmen der gleichen Art offenbar reaktionslos ein. Bei der Homotransplantation zwischen nicht verwandten Inzuchtstämmen der gleichen Art und bei der Heterotransplantation werden die Fasern resorbiert. Auf Grund der Reaktionen wird angenommen, daß die rekonstituierten Fasern sicher artspezifische, eventuell sogar individual-spezifische Substanzen enthalten.

Summary

Kollagenous fibers reconstituated from rat tail tendons following acid extraction apparently heal in homotransplantation between genetically related inbred tribes without reactions. After homotransplantation between unrelated inbred tribes of the same species and in heterotransplantation the fibers are absorbed. On the basis of the reactions involved it is assumed that the reconstituated fibers contain substances specific of the species, possibly also specific of the individuals.
