Summary

A method is described for elektronmicroscopic localisation of active sites of glucose-6-phosphatase and acid phosphatases in microsomal fraction of rat liver cells. The electron-dense reaction product is rhythmically localised on the outer lamellae of the endoplasmic reticulum. The mode of localisation differs slightly between the investigated enzymes.
