Diuretische und saluretische Wirkungen von Chlorothiazid unter normalen und pathologischen Bedingungen

Zusammenfassung

Es wird über Untersuchungen der Elektrolytausscheidungen unter CHL an Normalpersonen, in experimentell erzeugter Alkalose und Acidose sowie bei Ödemzuständen verschiedener Pathogenese berichtet. Das CHL hat sich dabei als äußerst wirksames und die Isohydrie sowie Isoionie des Organismus „weitgehend“ aufrechterhaltendes Diuretikum erwiesen. Der kaliuretische Effekt bedarf aber der Beachtung; er kann bei bestimmten Ausgangssituationen des Elektrolytstoffwechsels, die im einzelnen diskutiert werden, soweit dominieren, daß substitutionsbedürftige Hypokaliämien auftreten.
