Zusammenfassung

In der Arbeit ergibt sich im Durchschnitt eine merklich höhere Chininkonzentration in den Organen nach Injektion von N1-Methylnicotinsäureamid, wobei die Unterschiede in der Lunge am deutlichsten hervortreten. Hier liegen auch die Chininwerte im Leerversuch am höchsten.
