Über Gonadotropinextrakte des klinischen Laboratoriums (hypophysäre und choreale)

Zusammenfassung

Gonadotrope Harnextrakte hypophysärer und chorealer Herkunft, die einmal durch die Alkoholfällungsmethode mit anschließender Dialyse und zum anderen durch Ultrafiltration genwonnen worden waren, wurden zum Zwecke der weiteren Reinigung einer Acetonfraktionierung unterworfen. Die einzelnen Fraktionen wurden quantitativ biologisch getestet und papierelektrophoretisch gespalten. Elektropherogramme wurden auf biologische qualitative Unterschiede mittels systematischer Durchtestung an intakten und hypophysektomierten Tieren untersucht.
