Zusammenfassung

Mit Hilfe der Stärkeblock-Elektrophorese ist es möglich, diagnostisch Myoglobin und Hämoglobin bis zu einer minimalen Konzentration von 1 mg-% getrennt nachzuweisen und für experimentelle Zwecke auf einfache Art eine hämoglobinfreie verdünnte Myoglobin-Lösung herzustellen.
